Methylcobalamine (B-12)

Also known as Vitamin B-12, it is found in foods such as fish, meats, and dairy products. It is important for the brain, nerves, and production of red blood cells.​ Methylcobalamin is used to treat Vitamin B-12 deficiencies and sometimes used in people with pernicious anemia, diabetes, and other conditions.​
