Clindamycin/Niacinamide/Tretinoin

Clindamycin is a topical antibiotic that has a broad spectrum of coverage. It is preferred to treat anaerobic bacteria, however it is commonly used for patients who have allergies to penicillin. Topically Clindamycin can penetrate the superficial layer and target bacteria while also reducing inflammation, swelling, and redness.
